For any new or returning student looking to get baptized
proper, in the UTech party scene then there is no other place for you to be on September 16 than Red Light Green Light Colour Invasion
2nd Edition. Red Light Green Light, is the first major
event of the current academic year by any faculty and is being organized by Bizad
Dragons and the COHS Cobras. If the word around campus is anything to go by,
then patrons will be in for a powder filled, liquor cornucopia, ranting and raving
experience that will have you tweeting and snapping days after, talking about
the event.
Patrons will be left in awe
The first staging of Red Light Green Light was a great
success, and was met largely by positive reviews. The organizers however, are
not pleased with merely being great, this time around they want the event to be
MASSIVE! This has seen them go about introducing an improved package of
attractions which will include;
- Endless Holi Powder
- Hourly Powder Throw
- Holi Cannon
There
will also be a Powder Free Zone for the timid few who would rather observe the entertainment
from the side, however, this section may well be empty before Red Light Green Light comes to an end, as
one can imagine that it would be too difficult to resist the seduction of the alluring
music, the beautiful dancing and the hundreds of jovial people playfully
covering each other with powder and having an amazingly good time.
An
Epic Event
Red
Light Green Light will also have some of the hottest DJ’s in Dancehall Music in
the island on the turntables, namely DJ
Nicco from Fame95 fm. DJ sets will also be
played by;
- DJ Spinn
- DJ Vodka
- DJ Log on
- DJ News
Even Jamaican Olympian Shericka Jackson is excited about Red Light Green Light
... And so is Tanto Blacks, "Red Light Green Light is going to be Rich, Real Rich!"
Save the date, “Red Light Green Light Colour Invasion 2nd
Edition” September 16, 2016. Gates open 9pm. Come out, bring your friends and
be a part of the most epic event of the school year.
